Dremel vs Ryobi Rotary Tool: Which To Get?
In our opinion:
The Dremel might be better to get if you want the ability to attach a standalone flex shaft to a greater range of rotary tools, and different types of rotary tools (including both corded and cordless Dremel models)
The Ryobi might be better to get if you want an affordable flex shaft rotary tool, that comes with the flex shaft permanently attached to the Ryobi rotary tool
Dremel vs Ryobi Rotary Tool: Differences
Ryobi:
– Is cordless only
– Comes with tool and flex shaft
Dremel:
– Comes with a tool, and as a standalone flex shaft attachment

So, Dremel gives you more options.

Consider the accessories too – Dremel may have better quality and more durable accessories than the Ryobi
