Which of these models to get depends on what your preferences and needs are.
But, a summary of each tool model might be:
– Dremel 7300-PT
Has been one of the most popular and better selling Dremel tools up until this point in time
It might be the cheapest/most affordable model of the three, and it offers two different speeds the tool can be operated at
But, it might have the loudest noise level of each of the models, and be the longest and heaviest tool of the three. It also operates with a Ni-Cad battery instead of a Li-Ion battery
– Dremel 7350-PET
Is the ‘mid range’ model that fits between the other two models across several aspects of tool performance and features
It’s designed to have a longer runtime, and be quieter than the 7300-PT
It might also be lighter and smaller than the 7300-PT
It has USB cable charging
A potential downside to this tool is that it only has one speed (the other two tools have multiple speeds available)
– Dremel 7760-PawControl
Probably offers the most features and capability of the three models
Is the quietest model (in terms of noise level), can use both a USB cable and power adapter for charging, and has a variable speed range
Depending on where you buy it from though, it can be more expensive than the other two models
